In order to see how many people are accessing your site, and from which referrer URL, add Sitemeter to your site. You just need to create an account on sitemeter (free) and then add the appropriate code to your template.

If you are creating a site that is regionally-specific, you may want to include the region's weather. If US-based, go to weather.com and complete their web-based form to grab some code to include in your blog template.
I will post the group presentation slides to this blog later today (now I have figured out a .ppt file displays on the web)! Each class will be responsible for the material on the slides for their particular section for the mid term.
