Chapter Presentation Guidelines

The follow are the guidelines / expectations for chapter presentation:

  1. A presentation (preferably powerpoint or at least overhead slides) that does not exceed 15 minutes. You can store the presentation on your e-mail and pull it up from the class laptop when you need to present it.

  2. The presentation should discuss articles in great detail. For example, you can discuss an article and visit the website of the company discussed in the article etc.

  3. You should send the links of the articles, the sites you intend to visit and the presentation at least a couple of days before the presentation.

Our Group (Group B) wants to know how selective you are when you say that the articles must be from the "Popular Press." We asked at the reference desk in the library, and we were told that pretty much any journal, magazine, or newspaper other than a scholarly one would be considered "Popular Press." Do you agree? Or could you give us some more direction? Specifically, I have found an article from Marketing magazine/journal. Would this count as popular press?

that would be fine. And if it can be found on Google that would work too (within certain reason I guess). We do prefer articles that are available from the web.
